As every year, Hungary celebrated “new bread” and the foundation of the state on 20 August. On this day traditionally there are fireworks in the capital visited crowds coming from different corners of the country. The Danube, its bridges and the neighbouring historical buildings make the fireworks extremely spectacular
According to the organizers on Saturday about 20,000 people, including some celebrities and left wind politicians, took part in Budapest Parade marching through the center of the Hungarian capital. There were a small number of anti-gay demonstrators but no incidents happened. These photos were taken by MTI.
