We can fly from Baranya County to Munich twice a week.
Regular passenger flights have resumed at Pécs-Pogány Airport after an 18-year hiatus, with the arrival of the first flight from Munich operated under the SkyHub brand.
The aircraft made only a short stop in Pécs, picking up passengers before returning to Munich.
According to the airport’s published timetable, flights will operate twice a week—on Mondays and Thursdays—connecting the southern Hungarian region with the Bavarian capital. The service is operated by SkyHub’s partner, Danish Air Transport.
Beyond the expected economic benefits, the new route could also support tourism and benefit the University of Pécs by improving international accessibility.
For now, there have been no announcements regarding the launch of additional routes from Pécs.
