“You’ve probably come across the name Hide the Pain Harold in the world of memes. But now it’s time to get to know the real person behind the smile, lighting technician András Arató!”

According to this, Arató’s original profession was electrical engineer. He attended the Technical University of Budapest, where he specialized in lighting technology. He says that this is the most beautiful engineering science.

“The Bible also began with lighting technology,” since creation began with “let there be light.”

His first job was at a testing institute that had a lighting technology department, which examined lighting products coming onto the market and, if they were in order, “stamped them with the state seal”.

After that, he worked as a product designer, marketer, and lighting designer at a lamp factory, designing complete lighting and public lighting systems.

He retired as the chief quality management  engineer at a lighting technology company.

Only then did Hide the Pain Herold come along, which is “another life.”
