Fire and Explosions at Ozora Festival

No injuries have been reported.

A fire broke out near the village of Igar, close to road 6407, the Hungarian disaster management authority announced on its website.

Approximately 250 square metres of a metal- and wood-framed tent caught fire, along with three passenger cars and a trailer.

Several gas cylinders exploded as a result of the fire.

Local professional and volunteer firefighters extinguished the flames using four water jets and hand tools.

The statement did not mention any injuries.

According to a map published by the fire department, the fire clearly occurred within the Ozora Festival grounds, though the organisers have not yet issued an official statement.
